The soul of Paris lives in its restaurants - from the Michelin-starred restaurants to the lively bistros and wine bars of the 11th arrondissement. When the old French classics such as braised veal cheeks with morels or a perfectly roasted entrecôte are served at the Magnum 150cl at Parc Monceau, accompanied by a large bottle of mature Bordeaux, we feel: This is Paris' true culinary magic. In the new bistros such as Ambos, Petit Nuage or Le Tous-Paris, traditional cooking meets modern interpretations and we love it.
